Are Hair Extensions safe while on medication?

Yes and no. Depending on the type of medication prescribed, most extensions are ok. If you are taking medication which is causing major hair loss, I recommend that you do not have hair extensions applied of any kind. Not that it will worsen your hair loss, but may become  a  maintenance problem.

I would recommend having a consultation to determine which method is most suitable for your hair type. Also, if your hair is thin or thinning, you many want to find out what is causing this as hair extensions may not be suitable if you are experiencing any kind of hair loss.

Can I have Hair Extensions applied to my hair if it’s above my shoulder?

Yes,  however, it is a really good idea to go for extensions that are reasonable in length.  Try adding 16 – 18 inches of hair rather than 20 -24 inch extensions as this may not balance.
